We are seeking a skilled Pasta Chef to lead our pasta prep and execution, with a strong preference for experience in Napoletan-style techniques and recipes. This is a hands-on kitchen role ideal for someone passionate about fresh pasta, simplicity, and southern Italian flavors.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare fresh pasta and sauces daily following traditional Italian techniques.
Work the pasta station during service and ensure timely, high-quality plating.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in accordance with health and safety standards.
Collaborate with the executive chef on seasonal specials and menu development.
Assist in training junior kitchen staff where necessary.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience with a focus on Italian cuisine.
Strong knowledge of Napoletan and southern Italian pasta dishes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage prep efficiently.
Culinary degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
Must be reliable, detail-oriented
